Stand Up Satellite

What if a satellite disk does not transmit any far away signals, but stays in the hood and becomes each time more self observed and narcistic when we approach it? If we give it a closer listen, is it the rhythm of our own veins that we hear or our ancestors speaking to us? With whome do we communicate, if we do, at all?

A doctor is send to see his patient: a Russian painter suffering from a serious identitiy crisis.
While the patient's state is worsening, the doctor gets lost thanks to a series of confusing situations.
